20-21 PR2440: International Relations Theory
The aim of the course is to build on the foundations of PR1500 . The course will provide students with a thorough understanding and appreciation of the principle theoretical approaches to the study of International Relations (IR) as well as some newer approaches that have presented a challenge to conventional IR theories in recent years. By the end of the unit students should be able not only to understand IR theories, but to be able to apply them in the analysis of issues in world politics.
