Ths module aims to turn the students into competent project managers by the end of term 1. This is achieved by:

1. Providing a core body of knowledge of the principles; tools and techniques; and processes of project managment.
2. Build skill in use of the body of knowledge by practical exercises.
3. Build confidence in applying those skills through feedback from practicing them in team assignments
   

This is a practictioner lead module and combines practical examples with theory and allows students to explore the challenges of managing  projects through the project management process.
