In this course we will be learning about managing IT projects. Whilst we will be talking about technology from time to time, the overwhelming challenge in technology projects is related to people - management of stakeholders, expectations of success and organising teams. 

We will also be focussing on the most popular and well used approach in industry which is 'Agile' and then learning about how this might be applied through a methodology in 'Scrum'
