The module provides an in-depth understanding of the role of technology in business strategy and of how to manage technology as a strategic business asset.  This strategic perspective provides context within which projects are selected and managed. More details of the module, including the Learning Outcomes, are available in the Course Catalogue. The module consists of ten three-hour sessions of lectures and discussions plus two complementary workshops. All sessions are live; there are no pre-recorded lectures to watch.

We meet on Microsoft Teams, on Tuesday afternoons and also, occasionally, on Tuesday mornings. The description of each session, shown in the column to the right, gives the exact dates and times.
